Thing 38: Take a patisserie course from Le Cordon Bleu

Le Cordon Bleu is a pretty famous culinary arts institute.  And while it would be super amazing awesome to do their entire pastry program, that won't happen.  It's a touch expensive for something that I'd only want to do for fun (think over $20,000)  Luckily, there is a Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa and they offer shorter courses that are only a couple of days and not nearly as pricey.  And they all look very tasty/interesting.

How will I know I'm done?
Hopefully, they give me some kind of certificate of completion.

How am I doing?
I'm signed up to attend the 4-day Passport to Pastry class in September 2013.
