Thing 80: Get really good at making soft pretzels

Soft pretzels are delicious.  If it's on the menu, it's on my plate.  I love them so much, it's time to learn to make them.  This isn't about making one good batch of soft pretzels.  This is about being able to consistently make good soft pretzels, the same way I can whip up cinnamon buns or a bowl of cereal.  You know, not really having to think about what I'm doing.

How will I know I'm done?
Let's say three consistently good batches of pretzels.

How am I doing?
So far, no progress.
