Thing 85: Create a completely realistic exercise schedule

Now, it's not like I don't get any exercise.  I get a fair bit - especially with walking Penny.  But there's no regularity or making sure it's somewhat balanced.  And as I was told in my consult when I joined the gym, I need to balance cardio, flexibility and strength in what I'm doing.  So, I'm going to sit down and work something out that will incorporate all three things.

How will I know I'm done?
I'll have a list or a chart or something that lays out how I'll balance everything
